I had a great stay at the hotel, facing the park and just a short walk to the castle and main square. The rooms were absolutely nice, and the service was top-notch. Although the dining was a bit rushed, the food was seriously yummy. The facilities were excellent, making it a comfortable and convenient choice.

The hotel had beautiful, albeit quite small, rooms with a very large comfortable bed, but the size might be tight for two adults. The breakfast was really nice, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff was exceptionally helpful, organizing trips before arrival, including taxis. The location was excellent, just outside the grounds of the Old Town and seconds away from Wawel Castle, perfect for easy access to major sightseeing spots. The dining experience was excellent, with a good choice of high-quality ingredients. However, the rooms were a bit small for a twin room, and some staff members were a bit rude.
